Windsor Hotel Milano

The breakfast was wonderful with so much delicious food to choose from and the best cappuccino, for instance. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a laptop safe, a mini bar and central heating. The location was magnificent, very close to a public square.

The bathroom was a little small, I didn't like it.

All in all they offer impeccable service.

The hotel is located near Duomo. Very good hotel with a beautiful restaurant. It is very recommendable.

Everything was perfect

The location is very good. The room is subtly stylish. the breakfast is sufficient .. however I find a 0.33 bottle beer for 8,- Euro not appropriate - I am German;)

A draft beer in 0.5 l may cost 8 euros - 0.33 bottled beer - no. So you don't like to drink it.

Optimal location. Could do everything on foot.

I couldn't open the windows. It was too warm.

Great location for Milan Central Station (5-10 minutes walk). Easy access to the Milan metro system.

Rude reception staff showing how bad they learn in terms of costumer service. We arrived around 12:40pm we check in and one of the receptionist says you can check in around 2:30pm. So I advise them that I requested an early check in during my booking and it was granted. YES considering there were NO rooms available; able at that moment you can just explain to your guest not telling us YOU DID REQUEST BUT ITS FOR US IF WE WILL GRANT IT. YOU CAN REQUEST A DIAMOND RING ALSO AS IT WAS REQUEST. I get insulted. So I left our baggage and returned few hours later. They finally check us in and bring our baggage up in our room. We get our keycards and YESSSS the receptionist informed us that there is no water as of the moment due to whatever reason. When we are inside our room, a maintenance knock, check our bathroom and left telling us there is water already but to check the water, my goodness that was a dirtiest water I encounter in a hotel. I can't imagine a 4 star hotel treating their guest like this. The WORST stay.

Great location at the metro station Repubblica. Spacious 2 room apartment.

For breakfast there was no butter, only ricotta.

Too bad the restaurant was not open, except for breakfast! Nothing from the stand at the booking!

pleasant staff , but needs improvements

The staff provided really good service and were always willing to assist. I appreciated that they could hold my luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The amenities did not meet my expectations.

The staff are very helpfull, friendky and very very nice.

Receptionist very helpful, stayed in a triple room was very spacious.

Better hot breakfast selection i.e bacon, sausage etc

excellent access to parks and iconic landmarks nearby

I particularly loved that we were just a few steps away from Sempione Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll after exploring the nearby Castello Sforzesco, making our time in the city good.
